Your Changes Are Not Showing

Saved but not seeing it? Check these in order.

If an edit isn't showing on your site, work through these in order:

  1. Check the save rule. Inline edits (title, tagline, icons, images) save automatically. Edits made in the Content Manager need the Save button -- if you left the page to edit, you need to Save.
  2. Check Edit Mode vs Preview. Edit Mode shows editing scaffolding; click Preview (the eye icon) to see the site as visitors do.
  3. Check the Published box. Unpublished items are hidden from visitors even though they look fine in the manager.
  4. Check Featured. The homepage shows only featured items; the category page shows everything published.
  5. Hard-refresh your browser (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R) to rule out a cached copy.
