Troubleshooting covers the most common issues: sign-in emails that don't arrive, changes that don't show up, images that render wrong, and audit findings.

Sign in, create your site, and get oriented.
Getting Started covers your first session with Enine Sites: signing in with a magic link, and what to do with the placeholder site that is created for you.
Signing In
Get into your account using a magic link sent to your email.
Enine Sites uses passwordless sign in by default.
- Go to eninesites.dev/get-started.
- Enter your first name and email address.
- If you already own a domain, enter it in the Domain field. Otherwise leave it blank.
- Select your use case from the 'What best describes your work?' dropdown.
- Click Create my site.
- You will see a confirmation message letting you know a sign-in link has been sent to your email.
- Open your inbox.
- Find the email from Enine Sites.
- Click Activate & Create My Site.
- Your site is created automatically and opens at your Enine subdomain (yourname.e9sites.com).
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes: - Check your spam folder. - Confirm that the email address was entered correctly.
If you want to use a password later: - Open the Account menu. - Choose Set Password (or Change Password if you already have one). - Set a password for future logins.
First Site
Your site loads automatically after activation with placeholder content already in place.
Once you activate your account, your site is generated automatically with placeholder content already in place. You are not starting from a blank page.
To begin editing: 1. Open your site. 2. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner. 3. This enables Edit Mode.
In Edit Mode: - Sections become editable. - Images and media can be replaced.
Your initial task is simply replacing placeholder content with your own branding, images, and information.
Site Basics
Set your title, subtitle, contact details, and homepage buttons in one panel.
The site configuration panel holds your site's basic settings.
- Click on Sites in your top navigation bar.
- Click on Configure.
- Update any of the fields below.
- Click Save.

| Subtitle | The supporting description shown below the title. |
| Copyright | The copyright line shown in your footer. |
| Logo | Your company or brand logo displayed in the website header. |
| Favicon | The small icon shown in the browser tab. |
| Hero Image | The large banner image displayed at the top of your homepage. |
| Call-to-action buttons | The buttons shown on your homepage. Each has a label and a destination link. |
| Subdomain | Your free Enine Sites web address. Use the shuffle icon to generate a new one. |
| The contact email shown on your site. | |
| Phone | The contact phone number shown on your site. |
Logo and favicon are selected from the Media Library, so upload the files there first.
